It's not finished until you are completely happy with it!

Almost every customer I have ever worked for has told me what a pleasure I am to work with. To be able to carry this sort of high standard makes me a very proud freelancer indeed. I have always been very attentive to what my customers want and before I take the job I always make sure that I will be able to finish it on time and without having to rush myself or sacrifice quality to do so. The only thing I need from my customers to work well is honesty. Never be afraid to tell me when you dislike something! Everyone sees art differently; I want to draw what you like most.

If you are unhappy at any point in the whole process and don't want me to continue working on the piece I will refund you the amount you paid minus the stage I am at. For example, if you paid me 45$ for a 1 character full color piece and are unhappy at the sketch phase you would pay only the 25$ cost of the sketch and receive a 20$ refund (plus any shipping fees paid). If for any reason on my end I am unable to finish your piece I will refund you in full.

My past customers have heard this one line overused, but it is the line I live by! "Its not finished until you are completely happy with it!"
